I love my job so much, I have learned a lot within a short space of time since I started in May 2016. I work well with my colleagues and my challenge is only the remuneration currently, I am a person who loves challenges and change. I have learnt to be accurate in terms of loading orders and my communication skills has improved a lot in the area of talking to customers.

No growth

working at Ingram Micro is kinda great because we communicates with senior managers from other companies which is a great opportunity for me as is my first job. the invironment is friendly staff are amazimg people i lough my lung out everyday they are nice people to talk to if u have stress or experiencing problems they are always there for me. but the managers have empty promises they keep on promising to rotate us "graduate" to other department but they never did they always focusing on workload than our future.

Pros: free lunch for overtime but not every time
Cons: long working hours. salary is very low

Not bad

There's lot of descrimenation and rasicts at the company only white people get promoted because the company control by their uncle, I learned to work hard if I need to achiev things on my own. I enjoyed working with people from outside the company.

It is challening

the work that I do is challenging because we always work under pressure. Because we have to process orders that have to be close to 100 per day and per person and some have to be delivered same day . my relationship with my co workers is a good working relationship. what I have learned about the job is to deal with different products and different company and to improve my customer service skills.

I work as an entry clerk, load order and process booking

I have experience of 4 years in data capturing and four months, I have learnt a lot from companies I worked. I am able to work independently without supervision and also able to work with a team. Working under pressure pushes me to deliver more than expected, I love working with people and enjoy a harmonious work environment.
