Great opportunities. Difficult to manage your time and financial commitment

I can commit to asking the right questions and adapting into a possible position and taking responsibility to grow your potential company within a team quickly and seamlessly. I am thick skinned and self motivated. I enjoy motivating others and seeing my colleagues grow with me. I have learned to stop and be collective when necessary and move forward timeously to get results instead of indulging in a negative environment or problems. At the moment I am the youngest in my team of 12 and I am the team leader and office manager. I am client liaison for the those difficult situations and clients. And I sit regularly with my colleagues creating a positive company culture and brainstorming actions they can take to be productive and result driven. I trust that if you entrust me with this position that I can get the job done and grow within your company to benefit us both. Thank you in advance.

Pros: Great potential to earn and great company culture.
Cons: Unstable earning and salary. Very little perks. Salary is totally out of my control until money is in the bank

Exciting and educational

My day to day job is basically dealing with client, i work in a very friendly environment where everyone gets along with each other as we are practically family and treat each other as such.I enjoy it as i love interacting with clients and i like meeting new people. i am a very resilient individual so rejection does not put me down but gets me going.

Pros: Great place to interact and build a data base
Cons: Earn Commission
