Excellent Learning curve

I work at a campus that consists of close to 4000 students, they all consult me for counselling, career advice and for in-service training placement. I work with different people that are from diverse backgrounds and my relationship with them is highly professional as some come to me when they are facing all kinds of problems (whether for counselling or advice). I have learnt to accommodate all kinds of people and always share a good working relationship. I enjoy challenges and being innovative in my work. The most challenging aspect about my job is when a student quit school because of lack of financial support when i have to pop out of my pocket and ask for donations.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Having to adapt to a new environment

Excellent learning

i would like to work hard for the future of the campany,working with a team is good bt i will need strong group so that we can be able to sort things of the campany.typing documents is not a pron blem at all.i enjoying working with people who do not undermine other people,people who know someone when she/he is in trouble.
