Motivation and planning

Hard working and meet deadlines Like working as a team and meeting goals and targets I learned that when you work with people you must be able to motivate them to work hard and always working within the budget and finish work in time . Try to motivate them by giving them kpa and measure / monitor them monthly The most challenging part is when the site is not making money running in a loss

Pros: The company that I was working for did not give me a chance to prove myself and there was no promotion and no kpa measures
Cons: I worked from by 7 to 16 but long hours if required especially month end when I was busy with subcontractors please payment and suppliers

Excellent learning curve

Inkanyeli is a fast growing black owned construction company with over 500 employees ,based in Gauteng . It so straining to work in this company due to the community and politics on our working area,we have constant strike on monthly basis. We have payments challenges from department of human settlement, sometimes we not getting paid our salaries on time ,we not getting any benefits from the company .

Pros: Yes they are opportunity for growth
Cons: Yes we have long working hours
