- Checking of orders, making sure production are informed about orders, achieving of deadlines, insure of health and safety regulations are followed as well as procedures, making sure all deliveries are met, scheduling of workers in production, client services, handeling of complaints. - Very good, enjoy working with my fellow workers - Improvement of workers-relationship - Working with people - Would definitely be the deadline

Laser Alignment, Field Service and small projects

I trust myself and my thoughts, I do not trust any man or woman thoughts they entertain. I do not lie and I reject any form of gossip regardless of positions in companies. I have a job to do and interact all walks people, my motivation has always been to build people up and I expect the same respect. People work better if someone takes a risk in believing someone. There is no I in team and many companies have lost that culture by over-managing structures. My pet-moto is to simplify life, so that we can obtain our goals easier.

Pros: Life always presents opportunities, the question is are we ready to leap.
Cons: Boredom
