Gained new experience

My job is about ensuring that we keep on producing good quality product at all times, my co-workers have been supportive when it comes to issues i'm not sure about based on their experience on the job. what i have learnt is that the textiles industry is more board then i was thinking, as the supply filters, shoes, and automotive industries a lot. challenges is that i have to learn everything quickly in a short space of time but i have been handling myself well on this job as it is different towards we do as Industrial Engineers.

Pros: Great opportunities of learning something new
Cons: long working hours from 7:00 to 16:20

What have I learnt

I have learnt to stay calm under pressure and think before I act. I have also learnt the importance of working in a team and listing to others as you can learn from them.

Pros: It is a small company therefore you efforts and adcheivements are recongised quickly. It is a growing company which also makes you grow with the company.
Cons: Sole owner.
