Mice place to work but salaries very low,and management don't really stick to what they say one moment they promising you the world the next moment they have marked you and will zone in and try to take you apart or let u go

ood day Hope all is well Inn I saw this add today and would like to apply, my name is Mariska and I have been in the receptionist, office manager and office coordinator position for the past 6 years. I absolutely love the position of a receptionist because I get interact with a lot of people. I always go the extra mile on things and hardly take off from work. I have The privilege of both my parents being on pension so they are standing in for me when it comes to taking and collecting my daughter from school. My current Working hours would start at 8am from here I move to our other Offices and work from there till 5pm, this all while I have to use my private vehicle and my personal funds to pay for traveling, the Helpdesk team are quite a friendly group of individuals, we get along quite well, the Account manager can be quite rude. I have learnt to use Office 365, advanced Command prompt CLI , Azure environment, Sophos Firewalls, EMS systems. Most challenging is to deal with the unrealistic deadline which the Account managers are enforcing on us, as we have to deal with up to 100 tickets daily and are understaffed.

Pros: Get to Study extra Microsoft certifications & Sophos Firewall Certifications
Cons: AH hours rotational, undrepaid
