I have an excellent work relationship with my colleagues, and have learnt a lot about academic. In this process I have formed strong relationships with students and department /umalusi officials. I enjoyed working with Department queries the most. Student complaints was the most challenging.

Very informative

It was a really good opportunity for myself working at the fet college as i have learnt a lot. The people was very nice to work with showing team effort on numerous occasions. I managed around 40 to 50 people and interacted with over 800 students.it was challenging at times however I excelled in all I didwith a great team. Towards the ending of my working pathway, the CEO did not pay thestaff salaries as he claimed that hes got no funds however went for a holiday overseas. I find it difficult to work with unethical and unprofessional CEOs who have norespect for their employees.
