Excellent experience and exposure

Our company sells bread and a typical work day begins as early as 7am, as bread is a morning product. I have a good relationship with my co-workers because in order to deliver results we need to work as a team.I get information in the morning about previous day sales which helps me to compile reports for decision making. I have learnt that, inorder to win as an Organisation there is need to follow basic principles in selling, which are convenience, consistency and quality. I enjoy working with targets and meeting targets motivates me. The most challenging aspects of the job are that the bread is a perishable product and when bread is not moving well there are high reports of bread staling in the market. This is overcome by careful hanndling of customer complaints as well as managing stocks to avoid over stocking customers.

Team player and able to work with everyone or regardless of age, race. Self motivated man, ambitious, and intelligent. I have learnt to stretch my mind and be productive.
