Excelent learning experience

working as an Intern at INSETA has given me a broad understanding of working with people and chasing Target and deadlines, in the company I work for people are very friendly especially if you still new,I enjoy doing the uploads as the system can be quit challenging. I have learnt quit a lot a now i have a broad picture on how to do filling in a manner that it will be easy for everyone to understand.

Pros: Great work exposure
Cons: working with people that are always shouting

Good working experience

I had a great working relationship and I learned a lot from previous work.I improved in the following area,project monitoring and evaluation,stakeholder management and engagement, reporting writing and project document management.
