I have learnt a lot

I am a very friendly person who can handle pressure and i can work as team,I have learn t a lot on fiance ,how to do an invoice ,Making payments,Doing Recons,Running payments for different projects and processing payments for the workers.

Excellent learning curve

Its a non profit organisation, its not challenging enough. My co workers are friendly, I've learnt all my adminstration skills from the company, and spirit of Ubuntu is our moto, that's what I like the most, I an mostly challenged when I'm working under pressure, e.g organising an events.

Pros: Interacting with different people everyday
Cons: Waiting on funding

The company has huge growth potential

The company has a huge growth potential, staff management is needed and communication needs to be consistent. Relationship with co-workers is excellent. I just started with the company but so far I have no complains. The company does recognize staff potential
