Working at Inspired Testing was highly rewarding. They made sure I did R&D every 3 months. They use relevant methods and standards found on the market. You get the exposure of working on more than a single project simultaneously. I got the opportunity of working with teams in different project. I understand team dynamics. I know that there are conflicts in teams but that should not hinder work progress. I got the opportunity of client engagement. We would update the client daily on progress made, impediments, and in turn they would provide feedback on areas of improvements.
Pros: Opportunity to work in various projects
Cons: Long working hours

Based at a client site, interaction limited to timesheet managment
Working externally does not include alot of time based at the offices,co-workers are great and the culture is good,I have learnt alot reguarding the technicalities of creating automation frameworks and working with various forms of integration, the culture encourages free thinking and is rather rewarding in its own way,The most challenging aspect is being put in a position to think outside the box and design solutions with minimal guidance
Pros: Great exposure to external companies
Cons: Long working hours
