Excellent learning curve

I love my job and the people that I work with everyday. I'm doing my job to the best of my abilities. I mostly enjoy working with my collegues.What I have learned is that I always goes the extra mile., but it doesn't get recognised, but if I do something wrong than the whole place knows about it.

Pros: no recognition for job well done
Cons: no growth in company

Horible boss

i get verbally abused and miss used daily, promises from the interview has not been met. i work hard and get blamed for everything that goes wrong even when i am not involved.

Pros: at this point none
Cons: Emotional abuse
