Has been a learning curve, challenge and a gr8 experience.

This company was driven by hard working young individuals. Unfortunately there was never any motivation to grow individuals, it was a fend for yourself approach and the company has been migrated over to Telkom BCX with a lot of despondency and angry employees. What gets us through he day is the co-workers we work with, the life they bring to the office and the fact that we have the privilege of sitting at clients offices as we are outsourced to customers.

Pros: Learnt alot and met some awesome people.
Cons: Lack of mentor ship and motivation from seniors

Looking for new challamges

Excellent experience in I.T. Pro-active approach to maintaining the delivery of I.T. services and technology projects within scope, time scales and process limitations in a customer focused, multi-site business environment. Possessing a broad range of operational and IT support skills and some significant achievements within Customer Service/Technical Support/System Administration/System Deployment/Project Lead. A regular contributor of ideas and solutions for changes to IT dept. processes and quality procedures.
