Interact RDT - At last: challenged and out of my comfort-zone

I am so enjoying working for Interact RDT. I have worked for big organizations for more than two decades. Don't be personal

Work from Monday to Friday but do work on weekend depending on the project i'm involved in. We work as a TEAM but it also depends on each moods. I've learn a lot like to deal with different people, how to handle their moods, understand their work frustrations. I enjoy dealing with different kind of people on a daily basis. The challenging aspects is when you have to recruit people and there is no incentive and you need 1hour of their time just to interview them.

Pros: Learning by interacting with a lot of people
Cons: not being recoginised for a job well-done
