Good place to learn

On a typical work day.we come to work.check jobcards and see what faults and repairs needs to be done on our fleet of buses,check,diagnose and do fault finding if the is a big fault and if any parts are required you go collect the parts and then repair the vehicle.after that you fill in a jobcard on the work done and then head on to the next vehicle after reporting to the Forman.

Pros: Learn a lot of brands..e.g. Volvo,scania,man and old Mercedes
Cons: Long hours

Excellent working conditions

Its nice to work at my company because of the service that we offer our clients everyday.we have a good technical team that thrives on teamwork.we learn everyday since the compsny is always buying new products.i certainly enjoy my job and the challenges that come with it.

Pros: yu can grow with the company
Cons: holiday work all year round

Good stepping stone

Walking on broken glass. Intimidation rules there. No security of work. Learn to agree that you are wrong no matter what. Your opinion does not matter at all. Keep your head down and stay out of the radar to survive.

Pros: Its an income.
Cons: Learn to be a wipping boy.
