Excellent Learning Curve
Working at Intercare I have learned alot about myself. Once I left school I had no idea what I intended to do for a living yet alone a career. I have gained so much confidence in myself and feel like I am slowly finding out what my passion is. Working with people is what I enjoy doing , my colleagues are an even greater support system. Walking into work , seeing everyone having a smile on their face makes me really happy and insures me that the day will be good. I have learnt how to deal with the most aggressive people in the most humble way and to make sure that they end up walking out with a smile on their face. I would definitely say that working with accounts is one of the most challenging aspects of my job as people aren't always willing to pay your fees.
Pros: Work shifts
Cons: Working every second weekend
