Company is learning freight and international courier academy

Dear Sir/madam The company that I work for is a national company which we also international freight a good company but it doesn't have growing potential and I'm still in probation! I have worked for a lot of companies I need more incomplete and more challenges in working g environment and I also need to grow myself if there is an opportunity for that. Company is learning freight and international courier academy

My views about the Company from I come from I don't believe that I worth what I get I need growth which there non. No benefits which we all need ,No bonus nor overtime its family business to say where you cannot go further. Its not a company that look up for their employees. I deserve better with my experience in busines I need team work where you can relay on your employer not where you alone, I need a challenge in life, I need support so I can show case my experience motivation a lot but right now I don't get any of those things at where I am! With the mentioned company keep losing good employees because of salary issues

Good learning curve

It gets very busy at Interloc, it i very nice to work with my co-workers i enjoy working with them, and i always make my best to interact with all of them at work, for a person who doesn't have matric i have learned a lot form my current company and with that said i will go places with all the things i have learned over the years . training all the co-workers what i have learned that is for me the most enjoyable thing to do. running a entire department was the most challenging thing to do but it was not bad at the end of the day it was very nice
