I hereby apply for a vacancy your company is offering as advertised Office Administrator I am a fast and accurate conscientious individual who works hard and have keen eye for detail. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have humongous enthusiasm and I am determined. As stated on my attached CV I have work experience in Office Environment, Customer service and service industry. I also have a lot of Computer skills such as , audio transcription, pastel payroll system, pastel partners systems, keyboard training, shorthand typist, Microsoft office suite in general and ability to communicate with a variety of people at all levels. I am now seeking a professional job within an organization that is high profiled and with good reputation. I am looking so forward to hear from you with the view of being assessed and interviewed.

Exellent in leaning
In the morning i switch on all the computer and all the machines we are using. A typical day depends on the customers, how they turn out. I am responsible for all the computers that we are using (for the customers and for office work). i have learn a lot on how to deal with customer. The challenging aspect of my this work was when our (copy, fax, scan & printout machine) does not work and it gets the customers frustrated.
Pros: Great opportunites for administration work
Cons: long working hours with no say offs
