Good working enviroment, Much support from the factory for after sales support.

Long working hours , and team work is not quite good yet, one person gets overworked . Had an ok relationship with fellow colleagues. I have gained a lot of experience especially on HEAT RECOVERY units. I enjoyed working independently . Challenging part was almost doing everything by myself

Cons: Long workin Hours even on weekends, no time to recuperate

Being at Intramech has given me skills that is out of my comfort zone.

Being at Intramech has been a great experience. I have knowledge of design sales management automation and many more skill. I have amazing relationships with clients and colleagues.

Pros: Excellent learning curve
Cons: Do not feel appreciated
