An awesome place to learn and advance yourself

As the only HR person running the HR and Operations portfolio it is always busy and there is very little time to idle. this is also starting to impact my personal time with family and causing a huge imbalance in terms of work and personal life. It is vitally important for me to maintain good relations with employees and lne managers as i am the goto person for any HR and workplace related matters. the greatest lesson for me was that you have to be objective and impartial at all times and make decisions that are at the best interest of the company whilst ensuring that employer employee relationship is safe guarded Challenges arised when the leadership team was restructured and the new leadership took over. they want to control everything. They also bend labour laws and HR policies to suit them and create a lot of inconsistencies of policy

A very challenging job, one gets to learn new things on a daily basis

The good thing about the company is that there is growth and opportunity for promotions. The challenge is you get less support from the managementlank
