Great company to work for. Huge growth from startup to where we currently are. There is great unity and great people. People with passion like i have not seen. Tremendous leaders.

Great learning curve

I am a hard worker and I love developing systems because I love problem solving. I have a good relationship with my co workers, I can work in a team or alone. I have learnt .net core and angular. I enjoy developing MVC razor applications, but I am always willing to learn new technologies.

Cons: Long working hours, even weekends

Fast pace and fast learning curve

A very fast paced environment and good for those starting with their career and you learn very quick and apply your learnings concurrently and you must be able to work under pressure and you must be able to handle multiple tasks

Cons: Salary raises is never discussed

IoT.nxt is a vibrant multi national company with multi-talented staff,the company operates in the IoT space and has grown aggressively in the past two years. The convergence of IT and Telecommunications has moved to a totally different level with the introduction of Internet of Things.In order to fit in the organization one has to keep abreast of everything Technology ,share information and learn from others.

Pros: Staff members are not limited to their jobs only but can assist in other departments or learn other skill sets.

Excellent

Excellent team collaboration, I enjoy doing knowledge sharing with my team members because I get to learn different ways of solving problems. I develop feature using Angular 12, I consume API services from back-end. I do unit testing and and do handover. manage agile sprint board.

Excellent leaning curve

Great opportunity for learningcurve, fast paced learning environment and challlenging ttasks. The managers are informative about tasks, great place for networking and building culture.
