Supervising investigators and conducting high profile cases against the SAPS and MPS members.

I have a lot with regard to communication, working with people and analyzing cases. I have learned more on strategic planning, commuter skills, people management, report writing and drafting as part of my daily duties.

Pros: The department is still growing and have less opportunities for growth especially with regard to senior positions.
Cons: As a law enforcement department, it is most important to work over time especially when we have to be on standby for seven days after every two months.

Good

i have a good relationship the other employees we work as a team building, they tough me a lot when ever i have a challenge they assist me. I enjoy the most when the is a new opportunity when i am given a work on my own. The most challenge is when i get another peoples job but at the same time it gives me a huge knowledge and a great assets in many companies. Tl earned when ever you don't understand something you my ask for help and you must also take the challenge so that you can see your ability in terms of performance.

It has been very fruitful working in the directorate.

workingWorking in the directorate has been very fruitful and i have gained more experience both in the legal fratenity and general civil services structure. I have learned a lot with regard to the legal practice and theory in general. I therefore regard myself as the most suitable candidate to hold 95% in the legal srrvices.

Pros: I have undergone full legal training and admitted as an Advocate of the High court.
Cons: Due to the experience and the pressure that comes with providing services to the community, i have been exposed to working long hours and standby duties and therefore do not have any struggle with doing/working long hours anymore.
