Great environment

I verify and asses calls, including calibration. I have a wonderful relationship with my colleagues because I'm a person who laughs a lot and enjoy telling jokes. The one thing I've learnt in my current company is how to handle multiple campaigns and the importance of time management. I enjoy the fact that I have a very open and understanding manager. The most challenging part about my job is that I'm working with sales agents who are based in Gauteng...no chance of face to face interaction.

Pros: Great opportunity to start out.
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Excellent team work

Im a 29 year old who has numerous experience in a call center environment, i hv experience in sales selling Hollard insurance for 6 to 8months, whuvh i enjoyed loved working with clients meeting daily nd monthly targets i applied fot a customer service position at like minds (Durban biggest call center) whivh my personality stood out for it self nd the recruiters loved was granted the job but knowing my love wasbin insurance i applied for a post whuvh was internal... ABSA Calls, listening to all absa life calls i loved wat i use to do, coaching agents, listening to detail, adherence but most all working as a team...

Pros: Great opportunity to meet nd coach agents
Cons: Being a workaholic
