Flexible hours as long it makes 40 hours a week, coffe on the regular and happy friday chill vibe after work. no bonus just incentives. vouchers. no 13th check and slow growth in promotiuons.

Needs improvement. The culture requires a serious shift. Senior management requires improvement and training in order to lead effectively. There is not much else to say.

Good working culture

- Working culture is diverse. - Working with different clients teaches one a lot of things - Flexible hours - Work life balance is a key - Great relationship with co-workers both immediate and client co-workers - We work as a team as opposed to working in silos - Learnt new technologies - Enjoy social events that are organized on a monthly bases as they enable us to engage and network with each other from low to executive positions - Sometimes when client requirements change frequently it becomes a challenge. However, we run workshops to try refine the requirements and set clear goals.

Great knowledge sharing company offering learning and growth opportunities

Agile principles are applied meaning not much fuss on working hours, formal working procedures or other such inhibitors. Depending on team, project or client working days are usually relaxed as long as you attend meetings and / or daily stand-up as well as deliver. Culture of learning and sharing encouraged. Learnt a lot of new technologies, skills and techniques. Social life enjoyable with a lot of non-work related activities and family life is encouraged. Keeping up with technology, tools and trends can be challenging

Great company to learn and grow

A diverse company, working in different teams from different ethnic groups . Working with different people having vast amounts of knowledge and experience has allowed me to learn and tackle a task differently and having a better understanding and approach to getting the task done. Working with different people , can get difficult at times , but by building relationships with them, makes the work environment more smooth . Learning about myself , growing skills that have been kept dormant, becoming a better consultant and team player

Cons: Having been placed under someone that does not know how lead and guide you
