Analytical, Super advance excel and sql
I have the relevant experience and skills and the passion for finance. My agility for number crunching speaks volumes in that i am methodical, analytical, and assiduity. I have advance knowledge of excel with strong emphasis on erp systems support and sql queries. My fervor and zeal for creating inefficiencies in my current function, my strong organisational skills, my ability to manage own time and work independently, ability to demonstrate highest level on accountabilities with uncompromising standards. Willingness to challenge and question existing practices and processes to confirm ongoing relevance or suitable weighting of time and effort. Attention to detail and capable of combining different items of information to identify problem/solution.

Great learning opportunity
This month I learned about the .Net framework and how to create validations on WPF and XAML which is used by iress for Dynamic Order Entry and iv also learned about the access algorithms and how they are used for trading and order entry. Another thing I learned was how Excel spreadsheets are used to automate specific processes and how iress pro interacts with these various technologies it was very interesting to see how a company like this uses those technologies to influence business continuation. This month was very data-driven and I was able to go and really understand theoretical concepts on a more practical level and really up my skills in terms of problem-solving and , as well as how to approach a problem before solving the problem, and how important it is to study or rather research before attempting because that will give light in terms of what you are doing or trying to solve.

Eager to learn, welcome challenges and can take constructive criticism
Honestly, no gripe with the current company. The culture is great and so is the work ethic. The ability to move and get promoted is limited as you work to point of being a specialist in your field and then become stagnant. A typical day would be to assist with mini projects, the configuration of sites, create BRS docs and business cases.
Pros: So much to learn and I am able to learn something new everyday
Cons: No actual manifestation of growth opportunities (not for lack of trying)
