Good learning oppurtunity

Coming in in the mornings switching on my pc and opening my emails is how I start off my day. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. In my time here I have learned how to capture with speed and accuracy, how to take the lead and be responsible, how to create purchase orders and invoices etc. I enjoy everything new that i have experienced in this time although it might seem hard in the beginning. The most challenging aspect of my job is when month end is in progress and you keep on being bothered with silly questions and unnecessary things

Pros: Whenever a job opportunity arrives they will always approach someone in the company that has proven themselves
Cons: The strict rules that they have implicated now and the salary

Good company

Working at iron mountain as a driver has definitely gave me a lot of experience as I am always on the road and learn new places almost everyday, young new drivers are always given a chance to improve themselves in driving

Pros: There is pros for those who qualify
Cons: No long working hours

I'm good in communication and Marketing

It was a good learning experience to work for Iron Mountain cause I have to work directly with clients and represent the Company. It was challenging cause you meet different people different problems and you must come with the solutions. My work was to do deliver back up and collect them in Various big companies in other companies you have to do the back up in their savour rooms and you find the different types of computers and you are not familiar with you must be sharp and learn fast and come with a solution cause a day you must visit more than 15 companies and you must complete your task for the day. it is challenging.

Good

We capture different projects and we learn everydahand the stuff is friendly and loving. What most i enoymostis were by they give us over time to work because is we make extra cash. Most challenging things is their target were by we don't rech it

A'm Mbavhalelo Tharaga i was working at Iron MOuntain midrand and i was respecting time i have Time Management ,good skill i participate working in group i was having more communication with coworkers and i have team work and i learn t to scan document,typing,filling,capturing document and palatalize and i enjoy most to capturing and filling and scanning...i have more challenge when it comes to go to parlate and pick up box and capture as we were working without a runner but at all i enjoy Data Captured

Good experience

Always working on the deadliness n under pressure, most cases we made mistakes because of the pressure but learn from them . Me working there makes me strong n know how to act n overcome things in a different way. different experiences working there - going places to work n act on behalf of the company went to Ethiopia for Months as a Data capture manager . But things the company i didn’t like about they have empty promises , don’t appreciate employees and total no respect for them as for their employees

Pros: The place you not promote you because they don’t pay you for that position always promising to change it but they won’t

Learned how to be the best I can be in my job

I take direction in everything I do regarding my job, I put heart into everything i do, I believe in working in a dynamic team so that will deliver the best work, my challenge was when my team leader asked me to assist in a new project iv never done
