The working environment is unhealthy.

The working environment is unhealthy. Managers do not care about one's health or well being the targets are far more important to them. The job was also false advertising, you are not able to share ideas or anything everything must be done according to the script they provide. many people leave and the position is always open for interviews because they know they are selling people dreams.

Pros: the free vouchers or products you receive
Cons: long working hours, you hardly get paid if you dont reach target. you cant shareyour ideas. you read off a script. its a call cenre and in the interview none of that was said

Learning and adapting

I have enjoyed very much working for this company. I was able to adapt quickly to new challenges and accept new tasks. I was fortunate enough to be moved out of the call center into a client liaison position within the first three weeks of working for the company. A typical day for me, is diving into emails, then moving onto duties that I have and answering calls when need. I currently assist with a number of tests the company is running to see where our marketing could be improved. I get along well with my colleagues and am considerate and understanding towards different personalities, cultures, races and opinions. I have volunteered to take on extra work as

Pros: Great salary and room for growth
Cons: Long working hours and far to travel from home
