Glass industry is notorious for harsh working conditions, especially for young graduates. NevertheleGlass industry is notorious for harsh working conditions, especially for young graduates. Thus due to diverse technical backgrounds within the industry (or business) and the urgency of almost all business activities. The nature of glass furnaces also mandates for certain emergency backup systems as these assets runs for prolonged time (± 10 years) without sopping.ss; those who embrace the challenge really thrive in leadership. Growing Opportunity

On a good day we get to perform Job changes after go to the workshop and make spares and variables for the running machine. I socialize with ma Co workers very well cause I believe in everyone I get to learn something from them. I've learnt alot from the company the skill to make a good proper bottle and how to become a reliable Artisan. I enjoyed working on breakdowns because each and every breakdown gets to grow you in its on way. The challenging aspect is faulty finding and the duration you take to work on a breakdown which in time to time you get to improve that skill

I have a good relationship with my co -workers , I've learnt so many things since i started to work , to install, design, test basic Pneumatics systems and many more

Excellent learning curve

A great company to ,I have learn to be organised as the employees have taught me a lot to succeed in life and have humanity, . you always look forward to the next day . but the challenging aspect is that I get to work in a very hot area to work for,
