The job is challenging since I need to keep up wit target and make sure that I keep a good client retention. otherwise, me and my team we have been able to grow a good client base and extent our practice. the clientele based is sitting at 500 clients.

Good clientele growth

This is a very challenging job since it is about direct service to the clientele and with a big challenge of growing and retaining the client based. But we are able to grow the business and move forward, looking at new opportunities and targeting new clients.

Pros: Great opportunity to reach out to potential clients
Cons: Long working hours as long as it is making sense to the business.
