It was a good environment to grow and it gives one a chance to have working experience .challenges are there in working with people but is also improves once communication skill .meeting different people and selling improves one negotiating skill .a lovely environment to work in.

Learning curve
Lovely place to work good people challenging environment but at the same time very rewarding also good balance with regards to work and home always new things to learn and different calibre of people to meet not the typical working structure much more slow paced as to some other jobs

My name is Lithalethu Ntshwanti, The company is based in jouburg and their roll specifically are the agencies also assisting job hunters like me. the company help me since 2017. the company received work from EOH company where by we were dealing with fibre optic around gautent. Our job was to manager the site of 300 employees, by ensure that everything they need. Assist the client to ensure that we improve in terms production. I do travel a lot and deal with a lot of conflict and also manager. challenges was to make relationship between client and workers.

Making money daily at the end of the month you get good money bad commission
Where I use to work it was a good company ,good atmosphere to be at .my colleagues use to support each other aswell as motiveting each other.but the challenging part was the long working hours at time due to not meeting target.sometimes the leads where dry and unfriendly so that too was a challenge.
