Excellent learning curve

.At IHT we work with people in the UK. We are a dent recovery firm . We assist companies that are in arrears with HMRC and their Suppliers. It's not a job I feel comfortable doing because I was not properly trained and they are not supportive. My job is to book a call for a financial advisor to give a director a call to discuss our business recovery options available. My relationship with my colleagues are not the best as they speak bad about you behind your back . The way our system works if unfair because we work with leads and that is when you get the directors to take the call with the advisor and why it is unfair is because some people make many leads and some have almost nothing. It's not a place where i could grow in and I look forward to a new opportunity to come . One good thing is we make R50 every lead we make and get it on the day

Excellent Learning curve

I call 200-300 UK directors daily to try and get them to take a phone call from an insilvency practitioner. they do not want to hear it., but I do make my targets.

Challenging

Everyday is different. The atmosphere is fun, but you have to concentrate on what you doing or you'll lose focus. Everyday you'll learn something new from someone different. The best part about the job is learning cultures of people from a other country. the most challenging part of the job would be chasing sales targets, keeping up with other's that are ahead of you and maintaining you're focus on the goals you need to reach.

Excellent Management Support

The nice thing is trainning is provided on a daily basis ,management is always their to support you. The team you work with basicly bcomes your family...no and than favouritism also comes into play for certain agents ,but is a awesome company to work at!

Good learning curve

Good learning experience and understanding of business support. Okay benefits and commission structure. Good management. 1-3 team work. Weak yearly bonuses and almost no salary increases. Very target driven and requires full attention to detail. Enjoyed staying busy and team building exercises.
