Mechanical Engineer with a sound knowledge of Quality Management System .

*I really love the challenges that we face on a daily basis. The challenges that we face are quality, on time delivery and the safety of the workers. *I love working with the people that helps me achieve the company`s goals. *The training your work force and letting them know what the company`s vision and mission is the most value asset that the company has. *Working with people and the passion that I have when manufacturing our product. *Competing against inflation and keeping cost down without compromising the quality when manufacturing the product.

Pros: We are in the solar water heater manufacturing.This is a new industry and we help the Department of Energy with the guidence of the SABS to build a world class product.We help with the relieve of the energy crisis that we are faced in the counrty.By heating water with the sun we are having a positive impact on the planet for future generations.
Cons: There are many hidden problems because it is such a new industry

Very good learning foundation

My experience at my lastest job was different from what I know. To work for an entity that deals with the public really puts ur skills to the test. This has taught that not everyday and everyone will be the same. What I enjoyed most was to learn more in-depth about the justice and its different channels. Over the past year i have built a good working relationship with my previous colleagues which created for a pleasant working environment. The most challenging aspect for me has been non-understading clients that cannot when you dont have the capacity to assist them in any way possible.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Difficult management
