Exposure in dealing with Corporate clients with confidence. Product knowledge is the key

Challenging Job, to close at least 2 deals in a day. Secure appointments for 3 times in a week My relationship with co-workers is a healthy one. W understand each other's weaknesses and Strengths. We try not to talk about things that will change the office environment e.g politics as this is sensitive to some of the co-workers. I have learnt to be consistent and pro-active in everything that I do a Salesperson purely because I know that I have a target to meet every month. I actually set daily targets for myself to be able to reach my goal at the end of each month and even exceed my targets without any strains. I enjoy meeting clients face to face rather than call calling. The most challenging aspects of my job are our Country's economy. The clients are keen on upskilling their staff but the challenge is funding.

Pros: Meeting your targets and doing what you expected gives you the opportunity for more promotions.
Cons: Long working hours helps you to get more business

Learning Experience

I have started working at IT Certification Academy after my studies were done. Well I have learned lot of things while working here, co-workers are friendly, open minded to help me with anything since I just started working here . I feel like i belong somewhere else with and would like to explore more. I feel I’m ready to work in a cooperate world

Cons: Long working hours and never organized, everyday there is something new.

Good experience to be able to work with big Corporate companies and gaining confidence

Challenging work but exciting Work well with my co-workers as a team I have learnt to be able to understand each and every co-worker especially different cultures and beliefs I enjoy going out with my co-workers on team building sessions The most challenging aspects are when you are given new products that you need to start introducing to clients and maybe they do not even know about.

Pros: When you have enough information to be able to sell your products
Cons: When clients do not have enough money to buy your product but at the same time they need it
