Good envaroment for leaning an working

I lovei Iam working a 7am to 7pm job ,ido enjoy every moment with my colleagues an they are the best souls i love being around ,i have learnt alot since i have been there ,i know how to work as a team ,coming up with vibrant ideas an caring for others,an also pushing hard to meet the target,i enjoy the way our team is supportive an the fact that we always there to pull one another up ,the challenges i face is not making any sales for an hour to me thats a nightmare around pee

Pros: I have always to see. My self being promoted to a team leader
Cons: The long hours are not bad if you are a working person like me

Call centre

.we work as a team to reach a target and we work great together.I've learnt that team work is very important as well as having potential..I enjoy getting many clients because I knock off early if i reach my target.the most challenging part is when I call many clients and not find an interested client for hours

Telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills

Up-selling to ABSA credit card holders to increase their credit limit as the system depicted. An outbound sales position that requires telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills. Agents had to be target-driven, persuasive and comply with the script... A typical day would be to start dialing at 8am until 6pm on weekdays and work on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm once a month, all under a team leader.

Great place to start

You need to be able to work a lot of hours and be available on Saturdays too. Work under pressure , produce sales. Be a team player and have great communication skills. Be able to listen and produce results

GOOD LEARNING CURVE

ITS A VERY COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT TO BE AT,HIGH VOLUME BECAUSE EVERYONE IS SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR JOB SO EVERYONE IS ALWAYS ON THE DIALER CONVERTING NUMBERS.MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO WORKERS IS VERY GOOD,WE BELIEVE IN TEAM SPIRIT THTA IS WHY WE ALL GET ALONG VERY WELL.
