Leading, Managing, coaching, searing and influencing through focused and passionate leadership has resulted in the achievement of not only outstanding results, but also the pleasure of seeing the growth and development of many of my team members into senior leadership positions throughout my career

Career growth

It's a good company when it comes to employee benefits but an employee is expected to spend 90% at work & 10% at home. No life balance at all.Employees give you reason to do your job to the best of your ability but senior management work in silos,no information sharing or transparency

It was a very good learning experience for me.

Wprking at Italtile was a very good learning experience for me, for instance that's when I became exposed to alot to alot of accounting functions. Like managing the asset register and being in charge of the depreciation.

I am a hardworking individual that adapts well to circumstances , loyal and not a clock watcher.

Well established brand that rewards their employees for hard work. They have been in the market for 50 years With 12 branches all over South Africa, Italtile has been well established in the market and even making CTM what it is today.

Great learning curve

Amazing place to work in everyone is aware and understands the goals and how we are all linked to make the goal work We work insane hours but normal hours are from 8 to 5 but because we understand that it works better when we put in more hours that is exactly what we do We are a team that understands that our positions are linked and one does not work without the other I have learnt the importance of working in a team and understanding that it takes everyone in it to make the company dram work I have enjoyed how it changed me and made me a better person Working late and trying to make sure that everything is done on time while juggling phone calls and emails Learn a lot Learn various roles
