I have more than 23 years’ experience in the field of Dispatching Supervisory and Dispatching Manager. I enjoy working with people and also I can work without guidance. Plastic manufacturing company

Working in hot circumstance must work fast as it is a fast manufacturing process. Must be able to understand all the machines as the process to make a bag consists of 4 to 5 different steps of machines. Well understanding with co workers. Good relationship To work under pressure. Set up an plat from extruders to printers to laminators, baggers,moulding machines ext. New challenges To stip and re-assemble an die head of an extruder that has 3 layers. Set up and calibration on print press.

Pros: Have the opportunity to learn a variety of machines
Cons: Working seven days a week
