Hi my name is Ariska, I have been in the IT industry for 3years started out like every one ells not knowing much but as time passed and my eagerness to learn and my strong ambition to grow I find my self as a very confidant female IT Sales Executive. Al thou my current position at ITD is more client related and sales orientated my love and passion for IT has now got me applying and typing this letter to you. I can tell you about my experience gained but that would be just a cut and past from my CV so I took a different approach to mention to you about who I am and why I know I am the best candidate for this job. I always live my life and base my career on the proof is in the pudding method"strange" well not quite as people tend to over sell and under deliver all the time. Hungry to grow in my field.

i work well with people.my work days arent fixed i love putting in extra effort as i love good quality work.my current taught me alot as i was new to the pharmaceutical industry and factory industry.i love achieving my goals in life.im family orientated.want to give them i never had.my job takes alot of my time so to balance that with family time is the most difficult but luckily they understand my hunger to grow.

Working day: Coordination, planning, organising and controlling. Relationships : I have the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Learnt : All HR prctices What do you enjoy the most: planning, coordination and Sense of responsibility (SAPI - Conscientiousness: Achievement orientation & Orderliness) Most challenging aspect of the job - is maintaining a work-life balance
