My typical day at the office starts at 6:30am through my own choice. I then prep parts and supplies needed in order the techincal team to go out and handle the mornings fird the rest of my day assisting with customer service calls. I also prepare stock orders and invoicing to clients. Once a month i will stock take my warehousing (16 Units) across the Buffalo City Area. I track my fleet and complete tracker logs. I assist with loading of debtors as well as fixing any issues on debtors accounts. I control the dispatching and receiving warehouse as well as Fleet Maintenance and Building Maintenancest calls.

Pros: There is a great Social Club
Cons: No Room for Growth

Valuable insight

The Company is financially secure with a very good operating infrastructure. The industry is an extremely competitive industry and it has become increasingly difficult to reach target as a result of economic trends. The Company is very rigid in its innovation and does not provide opportunity for expression or " out the box thinking " . The Company has a good nucleus of loyal employees with whom it is a pleasure to work with . The Company has good branding but has not been marketed effectively in my opinion . Whilst it is a pleasure to market and sell quality products it is very challenging and frustrating when the challenges are present internally and externally .

Pros: Secure environment , quality products
Cons: No stimulation , no opportunity for self-expression
