I am a soft hearted guy but emotionally strong ,great confidence,highly motivated family person strong drive friendly person and can work at a team good leading skills always like to put my thought out there so everyone could know what I am thinking.

Pros: I am always willing to move with in the company.
Cons: Always like to be early at work and help out where I can

Excellent learning curve

Visiting customers daily, getting feedback on our customer service and customer satisfaction . Report and escalate issues in order to resolve all issues logged. Pro actively manage customer expectations and always be the first point of contact for all customers.

Pros: Good communication skills, Building Customer relationships, Delivering Customer Satisfaction
Cons: Customers contacting you after working hours
