If I where to tell the truth chances are that you'll be thinking it's a lie from just another disgruntled employee. This however is no lie, if ever you've been taken advantage of in the work environment or not appreciated for going out of your way then times that by 10 wait at least 20 and you'll have but a bare glimpse of the environment you'll be working in, if ever you decide to work for ITEC TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. Empty promises is a dime a dozen and blame shifting from management/owner at the order. If I was even remotely aware of how this company operates I would not even have bothered to send out my CV. You'll loose less money if you where to sit at home unemployed. You are expected to use your own vehicle for work purposes and yes you get a petrol card but here's the kicker they don't pay anything towards tyres or services nor does any sort of travel allowance even show on your payslip. If you're looking for a thank you after a job well done forget it, hell would freeze over before that happens.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Getting taken advantage of, being lied to and blamed for things you haven't done so to save face with the client.
