Intoduced me to the world of finance and showed me that I can excel in it

Find there is limited growth potential and the culture is not in line with who I as a person. I have a child and it is dificult to work with no benefits. I have learned how to deal with people, especially the dificult ones. I value the knowledge I have gained quickly through the use of accounting software on a daily basis

Pros: Knowledge of the use of accounting systems
Cons: Minimal career progression prospects. Unhealthy professional relationships, no comraderie

I've learned how to work as a team

Working at ITR Africa was a great opportunity to me because everytime we learning new things. We were able how to deal with customers, learning computer skills e.g how to invoice, how to check stock or bin location in a computer. They even renew our forklift certificate and Reach truck. We're good team with my co-workers every weekend we challenging other companies to play soccer.

Great opportunity for me to broaden my skills and expertise

Great company in general to work for. It is an International company and we have branches based across the world. I currently have sole responsibility of the marketing side but have also started in sales. It has been a great move into sales as well and feel that this with strengthen and build on my skills, expertise and knowledge. I have great working relationships with all employees
