Excellent Environmental exposure

I spend 60% of my work day troubleshooting and configuring smart devices (windows+ iOS+ android) and WiFi connection issues in different school environments that I get assigned at. Remaining 40% is split among training teachers , registration of users onto our e-Learning platforms and assigning edu-content. I get to engage with teachers and deal with learners 24/7 and mostly work on-call. I enjoyed this role and job because I get to learn the importance of human interaction during troubleshooting any problem users report to me and also it taught me learn to adapt to technological changes. As nice as the job is,sometimes when nothing really works well in terms of technology and teachers are unable to carry on with duties it becomes a pressure as everyone at that will be working on the clock.

Pros: Support and human interaction is part of it
Cons: Without a car it can be tricky because each week you get assigned to more than 3 schools

Excellent learning curve

It's an exciting job building and installing PLC systems. I enjoy going to work and have a fantastic boss. I have learned a lot about instruments,wiring and PLC systems. The most enjoyable part of the job is building the PLC unit and wiring up the input and output modules. The most challenging parts are the fault finding.

Pros: Great pay
Cons: Not a permanent position and no benifits

Excellent learning platform

I enjoy my job the most each and everyday I look for to it and my co-workers are friendly they make my job easy to do. What I enjoy the most with my job is that i get to deal with different problems on daily basis and to make sure by trying to do my best to solve them. the most challenging aspect of the job is that I get to work with different tablets.
