Set up the tasks for the day to be completed by all staff, attend on any meetings scheduled, ensure that various appointments are attended by clients, work on the case files.

Poor.

Works starts at 06:30 daily until 16:00 Monday to Thursday. Special request must be made to leave the office during lunch time. There is no allocated lunch time and we are expected to eat at our desks. No provision made for lateness at all, irrespective of what may occur on the roads. Written warnings given all the time.

Pros: Leave at 14h00 on Fridays
Cons: Start work at 06:30 until 16:00
