Very high paced environment

tHE COMPANY IS LACKING PROPER STRUCTURE AND PROPER PROCEDURES WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO HAVE PROCESSES IN PLACE WHEN THE TOP MANAGMENT CANT COME TO THE TABLE WHEN NEEDED. OTHER THAN THAT, SOME FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS MAKE ME A BIT WEARY FOR THE COMPANY'S FUTURE.
