Poor business management

The directors, CEO and COO have very little to no proper structure in the company. There is no proper planning as we constant as in every month redo the same work over and over again. Staff are constantly shifter from position to position and are overworked and underpaid. The management if this company make changes that the sometimes fail to realise the given time frames are unrealistic. The management has memory problems as they ask us to do something today and come a week later ask us why we are doing it.

Valuable learning experience

Excellent learning curve. Terrible people working with. I am proficient and flexible I my work. O am hardworking and diligent and trustworthy but not respected and treated faulty in my current workplace

Descriptive review

I have been working for this company for almost two years now and I have not really gained my growth in my field of study.. I had hoped that from the time I was hired I would have learnt more about information technology and I wouldve gown in this field. Unfortunately I was hired as a voiceover animator but I was grateful for having a job. My colleague are great to work with and I enjoy the conversations. The work here is mostly based on repetiti and it does get abit boring as I like to challenge my mind. We work from 8 to 4: 30 but sometimes we are asked to work extra hours and sometimes even on Saturdays and we dont get played for it

Cons: No room for growth

Unstructured and disorganised

The directors are not hands on and the senior management diea not have any structure in their job performance. The company does not know how to conduct corporate business.
