I am good at what I am a team player and a responsible employee.

In a normal day working at my current company continuing with duties as normal, playing different roles and filling in for employees who might be absent helping work collegues and ensuring in the smooth running of the company. As workers we come together as a team plan out how we going to solve problems within the company help eachother to the best of our ability. I have gained alot in this time with my current company and became and independent individual who is able to work alone and as a team take on challenges and work well under pressure. Solve problems. I really enjoy what I do i the key roles i play and assisting in different aspects in the work place I enjoy new challenges on a everyday basis. I enjoy meeting new people interacting and learning new things. I do face alot of challenges on a new basis having to gather information on a day after being told a ccma case is in the next hour or the next day preparing information and working the extra hours to ensure all tasks are completed.

Pros: i have worked extremely hard in the past years in my current job and assisting in different aspects in the work place I have excelled in everything I have done, I strive for perfection and i have a poaaitive mindset that leaves others with a poaaitive image to a great working enviroment.
Cons: I have worked on various projects and shut downs on different sites. working long hours almost the day and night preparing lists for employees who are going to start work contracts working pacts ensuring these employees have been badged and everything is set up for the new day going the extra mile to ensure day smooth running and employing of individuals and carrying out the duties I have been instructed to do.
