Wonderful working environment ( close family type of relationship) Gain experience from different clients The challenges come cause there is no room for growth. Sometimes we struggle to collect from clients

Team work

What I have learn is Team work , as a person doing administration work you won't go any where without team work. And working in the mines help me to understand how is it important to do your job in time before died line. If you are lazy the job will stand(I was also doing orders).

Pros: I was promoted once
Cons: I did 10 hours daily
