BEST WORKING ENVIRONMENT

actually before I could apply for the position at debt collection I knew nothing about collection however I heard call center IT background , i applied as i chancer but working at JD has been an eye opener as I learnt alot of different personalities and compettive characers, strategies to achieve your daily or monthly target per call daily . Relationship with co-workers are learnt to keep person stuff personal as others use that as a pull her down strategy , but business wise mantian a proffessional character as competors are looking at a point of negativity to use against you,however i am kind of a personal who loves working with a team that is very supportive and motivating and not too jelous and dont hold a grudge type of a character if I did something to you say it and hold it against me. Challenge is not meeting the target.

Great learning curve

Working day normally we go for morning meetings. Then straight to work. The most thing i learnt while working for jd group was adapt to change. Best things about my contact centre agent is earn incentives which boost your basic salary. The challenge side of being a contact centre agent you direct personalities which is a trick for me as I am a very kind of strict person but very friendly and kind.
