Medium learning curve

The company has been good to me but they never worked fairly They owe me money and refuses to pay it out They moved me to so many different positions I could never sucseed in one role

Rude awakening

Unsure on a day to day basis if management will be on your back. Low morale. Although products are excellent, there are no positive feedback from management whatsoever. Everybody is always in trouble about something.

Cons: Low salary structure, uneven and inconsistent commissions

Excellent learning curve

It is a good company amd i have learnt alot and have built up my experien. I have completed my coyrses in administration amd in Executive PAce. Good company and they are team players

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: No pension
